Refworks:

Refworks is a piece of software that stores and allows you to manage the citation you will be using in your research paper. 

In this presentation we will talk about Refworks definition, how you can use it, and how it can help you.

1. DEFINITION

Refworks is a piece of software used to create bibliographies.

It imports citations that you choose from any type of source (books, articles, journals, websites, etc.), and creates the proper bibliography at the end of your paper. Any style can be chosen to be used by Refworks for the bibliography (MLA, APA, Chicago, etc.) and this one can be put in any format (Windows, HTML, etc.) that can be editable. This software, free for students, is very helpful and convenient for them while they are writing their papers.

 2.How to use it

Refworks is used by adding references in three ways as following:

-Direct export

-Importing text

-Search online

How does Refworks help us? Why do we use it?
1. Save Our Time!
We don't need to write references every time we do a project.

Refworks can export the all references we need using any style we want in just few seconds. 

It saves us a lot of time and makes our life more efficient and easier.

2. Keep our bibliography stored and organized!
We do not need to remember our bibliography all the time.

The refworks will keep all the records and make them well organized for us to easily search them and use them.

3. Less mistakes!
It is possible that sometimes we could make some mistakes when we are writing the references.

And these mistakes certainly cannot be negligible.

Software like Refworks greatly reduces the chance of mistaking and guarantees that we have a right and neat citation.
